COCA Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 1, 2025

Last Updated: December 16, 2025

By participating in the COCA Loyalty Program (“Program”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The Program is open to all users who have successfully registered and verified their COCA Account.

  • Each participant must be at least 18 years of age.

  • The COCA card is currently available to residents of the following countries (regardless of nationality):

UK & Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar,  Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania. Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Montenegro, Monaco, United Kingdom

Asia Pacific: Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam.

South America: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru.

2. Loyalty Tiers and Requirements

2.1 Default Tier Assignment

  • All new users automatically start with the Starter tier upon account creation

  • No COCA staking is required for Starter tier benefits

  • Users can begin earning 1% cashback on payments with COCA Card, and 6% APY on their card balance immediately.

2.2 Tier Upgrades

  • To upgrade the tier, users need to stake the required amount of COCA tokens as specified in the tier requirements table above.

  • Users upgrade their tier by selecting the upgrade option within the COCA app. Upon confirmation, the system automatically stakes the necessary amount of COCA tokens from the user's COCA wallet to meet the new tier requirement.

  • If upgrading from an existing staked tier, only the additional COCA amount required for the higher tier will be staked.

  • Tier upgrades and higher tier benefits typically take effect within a few minutes upon successful staking.

  • Users can upgrade to any higher available tier by meeting the corresponding staking requirement

  • Tier upgrades are not available during the 30 days cooldown period which happens after tier cancellation described in Section 2.3 below.

2.3 Tier Cancellation Process

  • Users may cancel their tier at any time

  • Upon cancellation, users will revert to the default Starter tier.

  • 30 days cooldown period applied:

    • After cancelling a tier, users must wait 30 days before they can upgrade to the same or higher tier again.

    • Once the 30-day cooldown period ends, users must claim their COCA tokens by tapping the Claim button in the tier management section to instantly return them to their COCA wallet.

    • During the cooldown period, users retain their current tier benefits.

    • This mechanism is designed to ensure fair use and prevent short-term tier manipulation.

2.4 Monthly Allowance Definition

  • Allowance refers to the maximum amount of card payments eligible for enhanced cashback rates each calendar month.

  • Only card payments that are eligible for cashback and not excluded by Section 9 'Ineligible Transactions for Cashback' below count toward the monthly allowance.

  • Once the monthly allowance is reached, card transactions will earn the standard 1% cashback rate.

  • If you upgrade to a higher tier within the same month after reaching your current allowance, you gain access to the remaining allowance available in your new tier (calculated as: new tier allowance minus already used allowance).

  • Allowances reset on the 1st of each month.

  • Unused allowance does not carry over to the following month.

2.5 Staking Requirements

  • Staked COCA tokens are locked for the duration of your tier membership.

  • Staking COCA tokens does not earn APY on COCA staked - staking is solely required to access tier-specific benefits.

  • COCA tokens can only be unstaked after cancelling your tier and completing the mandatory 30-day cooldown period. Once the cooldown period ends, users must claim their COCA tokens by tapping the Claim button in the tier management section to instantly return them to their COCA wallet.

  • Partial unstaking of COCA tokens is not permitted. To access your staked tokens, you must cancel your entire tier, which returns all staked COCA and downgrades you to Starter tier.

3. Cashback Rewards

3.1 General Cashback Eligibility

Purchases qualifying for cashback:

  • Only purchases made using a COCA virtual or physical card are eligible.

  • Transactions must occur with merchants that accept Visa or Mastercard.

  • Cashback applies only to eligible transactions and excludes those listed in Section 9 (“Ineligible Transactions for Cashback”).

  • Cashback is awarded based on the user’s loyalty tier, their remaining monthly allowance as defined in Section 2, and monthly spending activity.

3.2 Cashback Calculation and Payout

  • Cashback is calculated based on the net value of the completed transaction (excluding fees, reversals, refunds and chargebacks).

  • Cashback is credited in stablecoins (e.g., USDT, USDC, EURC) to the user's COCA Card. COCA may, at its discretion, credit cashback to the user's crypto wallet or another eligible destination within COCA.

  • Cashback rewards are distributed by 23:59 CET on the 10th of each month (or the next business day if the 10th falls on a weekend), covering transactions from the prior calendar month.

  • If the user's COCA Card is blocked at the payout date, cashback will not be credited and will instead be carried forward to the next payout date, provided the card is active at that time.

  • COCA reserves the right to delay reward payouts due to technical issues, audits, user or transaction verification processes.

3.3 Subscription Cashback (50% Rebate Program)

COCA offers a 50% cashback rebate on eligible monthly subscription payments.

This program is designed to reward genuine users while preventing misuse and ensuring long-term sustainability of the loyalty program.

3.3.1 Eligible Subscription Services

  • The 50% subscription rebate applies exclusively to the following subscription services:

    • Netflix

    • Spotify

    • Amazon Prime

    • ChatGPT

  • 50% subscription cashback offer availability may vary by jurisdiction and may not be available in certain countries. Users can contact COCA Support for jurisdiction-specific eligibility.

  • No other subscription services are eligible for the 50% rebate unless expressly added by COCA and communicated through official channels.

3.3.2 Subscription Price Limitation (USD $70 Cap)

  • To qualify for the 50% subscription rebate:

    • The subscription charge must be USD $70.00 or less (or local equivalent).

    • Charges above $70.00 are not eligible for the 50% subscription rebate.

    • Transactions above $70.00 may still earn cashback based on the user’s tier and remaining allowance, unless excluded under Section 9.

  • The $70 limit applies per subscription service per calendar month.

3.3.3 Purpose of Subscription Limitations

These subscription rules and caps are implemented to:

  • ensure fairness for all members of the COCA community

  • maintain sustainable and predictable reward distribution

  • protect loyal COCA users from fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

COCA is committed to protecting genuine users and preventing exploitation of the Loyalty Program.

3.4 Cashback After Monthly Allowance is Reached

  • Each tier includes a predefined monthly allowance for enhanced cashback (Section 2).

  • Once a user reaches their monthly allowance, all subsequent transactions, including subscription payments, earn the standard 1% cashback rate, unless otherwise noted.

  • Upgrading to a higher tier restores access to that tier’s remaining allowance (new tier allowance minus allowance already used during the month).

4. Passive Income (APY Rewards) on Card Balance

Users earn passive income on their card balances based on their loyalty tier as defined in Section 2:

  • 6% APY is earned on card balances up to the cap defined in each tier.

  • 2% APY is earned on any amount exceeding the cap.

  • Rewards are calculated on your minimum monthly card balance (minimum $1 required) and paid  the 10th of the following month in stablecoins.

  • Card balances remain fully liquid and accessible for payments at all times. No staking or balance lock-up is required to earn APY rewards.

5. Hotel Booking Discounts

  • Users can access exclusive hotel deals through the COCA Travel feature, with discounts of up to 50% on standard rates.
