How Claim Capacity Boosters Work

With COCA, you can earn an unlimited amount of rewards, including cashback. There is a monthly cap on how much of those earned rewards you can claim to your account balance—this is called your Claim Capacity.

Every Tier has a default base capacity. To claim more rewards each month, you can increase your rewards claim capacity using Capacity Boosters.

There are three ways to boost your capacity: Card Spend, Tier Loyalty, and Staking.

1. Payment Booster (Volume)

You are rewarded with extra Claim Capacity for actively using your COCA card. Your spending in the current calendar month unlocks a capacity boost for the next month.

• Start Date: This booster tracks eligible transactions starting from September 1, 2026. (For example: If you met the spending criteria in September 2026, your first capacity boost was unlocked for October 2026).

• Eligible Spend: Only successful transactions count. Refunds, cancelled transactions, and non-cashback eligible MCCs are excluded.

• Monthly Reset: If you do not meet your Tier's spending target in the current month, your Volume Booster will reset to $0 for the following month.

Monthly Spend Targets & Rewards:

• Starter: Spend $400 ➔ +$3 Boost

• Standard: Spend $800 ➔ +$4 Boost

• Standard+: Spend $1,500 ➔ +$6 Boost

• Premium: Spend $2,500 ➔ +$10 Boost

• Premium+: Spend $5,000 ➔ +$25 Boost

• Elite: Spend $10,000 ➔ +$60 Boost

Important Rules to Keep in Mind:

• Upgrading Mid-Month: Your required spend target is based on the Tier you hold at the time of your last transaction of the month.

  • Example 1: You spend $5,000 while on the Starter Tier and upgrade to Premium+ on September 30th. If you make no purchases after the upgrade, your October boost will be calculated based on the Starter Tier (+$3)

  • Example 2: To receive the Premium+ boost (+$25) for that $5,000 total spend, you must make at least one new transaction on September 30th after successfully upgrading to Premium+.

  • Example 3: You spend $500 on Starter, then upgrade to Premium+. If you make no further purchases that month, your boost will be calculated based on the Starter Tier (+$3)

• Refunds: If you receive a refund that drops your previous month's total spend below the required threshold, you will immediately lose your active Volume Boost for the current month.

  • Example: You spend $1,000 in September and unlock the Standard Tier boost for October. On October 5th, you receive a $400 refund for a past purchase. Your qualifying September volume is now adjusted to $600. Since $600 is below the $800 Standard threshold, your active October boost disappears immediately.

• Tier Cancellations: During the 30-day cooldown period after cancelling a paid Tier, the spending targets and booster rewards of your cancelled Tier will still apply.
  
  

2. Loyalty/Tier Booster (Streak)

We reward users who maintain an active Tier. The longer you keep your Tier, the higher your rewards Claim Capacity grows.

• Start Date: We began tracking Tier holding periods on September 1, 2025. Any consecutive months you have held an active “paid” Tier since that date automatically count toward your current loyalty streak.

• How Time is Tracked: Your loyalty streak is measured in 30-day cycles starting from the day you purchase the Tier, not by calendar months.

• When It's Applied: Capacity upgrades are applied on the 1st of the calendar month after you reach a loyalty milestone (e.g., month 4, 7, 10, 13).

• Upgrades Keep Your Streak: If you upgrade to a higher Tier, your loyalty timer does not reset. For example, if you hold Standard for 2 months and upgrade to Premium, your 3rd month will unlock the Premium-level booster.

• Free Tiers: Tiers granted for free do not start or contribute to a loyalty streak unless you were already on an active “paid” streak (in which case it continues at the higher Tier's rate).

• Standard: 3 months = +$1 | 6m = +$2 | 9m = +$3 | 12m+ = +$4 (then +$0.5/mo)

• Standard+: 3 months = +$1.50 | 6m = +$3 | 9m = +$4.50 | 12m+ = +$6 (then +$0.5/mo)

• Premium: 3 months = +$2.50 | 6m = +$5 | 9m = +$7.50 | 12m+ = +$10 (then +$1/mo)

• Premium+: 3 months = +$6 | 6m = +$12 | 9m = +$18 | 12m+ = +$25 (then +$2/mo)

• Elite: 3 months = +$10 | 6m = +$20 | 9m = +$30 | 12m+ = +$40 (then +$3/mo)

⚠️ Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel your Tier, your Loyalty Streak and active Tier Booster are reset to zero immediately. If you purchase a Tier again in the future, your loyalty timer will start over from Month 1.

3. $COCA Staking Booster

You can instantly increase your Claim Capacity by staking $COCA tokens.

• Every additional 100 $COCA staked permanently adds +$1 to your Claim Capacity as long as the funds remain staked.
