COCA Welcome Cashback Drop Promo — Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign Period

The promotion runs from 1 November 2026 to 30 November 2026.

2. Eligibility

The promotion is available to new COCA users who:

• Register during the Campaign Period.

• Complete the required identity verification (KYC).

• Make eligible purchases using their COCA Card.

Users must be located in a country where COCA cards are available.

3. Promotional Cashback

Eligible users receive 8% cashback on their first three eligible COCA Card transactions, subject to a maximum of $300 in total eligible spending across those transactions.

The maximum promotional cashback for the 3 transactions is $24 per user.

After the first 3 eligible transactions, users receive the standard 1% cashback on eligible purchases for the remainder of the Campaign Period, unless they upgrade their COCA Loyalty tier. In that case, cashback is calculated according to the cashback rate applicable to their Loyalty tier.

All cashback remains subject to the applicable COCA Loyalty Program rules and limits.

4. Eligible and Excluded Transactions

Eligible transactions are purchases made with the COCA Card at merchants.

The following transactions are excluded:

• Cryptocurrency purchases, swaps, or exchanges.

• Card or account top-ups.

• Money transfers and cash withdrawals.

• Cash-like transactions.

• Cancelled, refunded, or reversed transactions.

5. Cashback Payment

Cashback is credited to the user's USD or EUR COCA account, as per the account settings,  after eligible transactions are processed and verified.

Refunded, reversed, or otherwise invalidated transactions are not eligible for cashback. Any cashback already credited for such transactions may be deducted. Any of the first 3 transactions that is fully refunded or cancelled stops counting and can be replaced with another eligible purchase during the Campaign Period.

6. Referral Rewards

This promotion may be combined with COCA's Referral Program. Referral rewards are subject to the separate Referral Program Terms & Conditions and its eligibility requirements.

7. Abuse and Disqualification

COCA may withhold or reverse cashback and disqualify users who provide false information, create multiple accounts to obtain rewards, manipulate transactions, or otherwise abuse the promotion.

8. Changes and Termination

COCA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion where necessary, including in cases of fraud, abuse, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9. General Terms

Participation is subject to COCA's Terms of Service, COCA Card terms, and COCA Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions. These terms apply alongside the rules of the promotion.
