If you didn’t make a backup of your COCA wallet, you can still regain access using just your email address.
How to recover:
- At the COCA login screen, enter your email.
- Check your inbox for a one-time code and enter it. That’s it - you’ll regain access.
Not sure which email you used?
If you’re not sure which email you registered with, don’t worry. Simply search all your email accounts for “COCA” or “Wirex Wallet”. When you created your account, COCA sent confirmation emails to the registered address. A quick search should help you pinpoint the correct email.
Note: This method only works for accounts without other recovery options, such as biometrics, QR codes, or recovery phrases.
