Important: COCA is a non-custodial banking app. We do not own your funds, and we cannot recover them once your personal information (PII) is deleted. You are the sole owner of your assets.
Clear your Banking Balances
Before requesting deletion of your PII, ensure your EUR/USD banking balances are zero. Because your banking account uses Account Abstraction (AA) under the hood, its private keys cannot be exported.
Withdraw funds to an external bank account via bank transfer.
Or withdraw them to an external crypto address.
Don't forget: Claim any pending APY rewards before moving funds.
Secure your Crypto Assets (“Crypto” section of the app)
Before requesting deletion of your PII, make sure you have transferred your crypto assets from the crypto wallet (“Crypto” section of the app) to an external address.
Request Personal Data Deletion
We recommend the deletion of your personal information from our systems only once your balances are zero.
Send an email to support@coca.xyz from your registered email address.
Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Full Name]
What happens next?
After we process your request for deleting your personal information, you will receive a confirmation email.
