Important: COCA is a non-custodial banking app. We do not own your funds, and we cannot recover them once your access is revoked. You are the sole owner of your assets.
Step 1: Clear your Banking Balances
Before closing your account, ensure your EUR/USD banking balances are zero.
Withdraw funds to an external bank account via bank transfer.
Or withdraw them to an external crypto address.
Don't forget: Claim any pending APY rewards before moving funds.
Step 2: Secure your Crypto Assets (“Crypto” section of the app)
Before closing your account, make sure you have transferred your crypto assets from the MPC crypto wallet (“Crypto” section of the app).
Step 3: Request Personal Data Deletion
Once your balances are zero, you can request the deletion of your personal information from our systems.
Send an email to [support@coca.com] from your registered email address.
Subject: Data Deletion Request - [Your Full Name]
What happens next?
After we process your request, your access to your COCA account will be permanently disabled. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete. You will be able to create a new account.
