How COCA ID works?

A COCA ID lets you send and receive money instantly with other COCA users. You don’t need an IBAN, card number, or crypto address—just their unique username. These transfers are instant, completely free, and available to all users (even without an issued COCA card or bank account).

Setting up your COCA ID

Before you can receive funds this way, you need to create your ID.

• Go to your Profile and tap on COCA ID.

• Enter your desired username.

Rules and Limitations: Your ID must be between 5 and 32 characters. Only letters (a-z) and numbers (0-9) are allowed. Choose carefully—your COCA ID cannot be changed later.

Sending and receiving money

To receive funds:

• Make sure you have created your COCA ID.

• Go to your Profile. Your COCA ID is located at the top middle of the screen, next to your email.

• Simply tap it to copy, and share it with the sender.

To send funds:

• From the home screen, tap Send, then select COCA User.

• Choose the account you want to send from (USD or EUR).

• Enter the recipient's COCA ID or pick them from your recent list.

• Enter the amount and confirm.

Managing your contacts

To make future transfers even easier, you can organize your recent recipients:

• Add Display Names: Assign your own custom names to users you've previously sent funds to, so you can easily recognize their COCA ID in the future.

• Edit or Delete: You can easily update these display names or completely remove users from your recent sends list at any time.
