COCA Refer-a-Friend Campaign – Terms & Conditions

1. What’s the Campaign About?

The COCA Refer-a-Friend Campaign rewards existing COCA users ("Referrers") when they invite new users ("Friends") to join COCA, order a COCA card, and make a qualifying purchase. Both Referrers and Friends earn rewards.

2. How the Rewards Work

Notes:

• You can earn cumulative rewards for up to 5 friends.
  
  

• After your 5th friend, you’ll earn the standard $10 per referral, with no additional bonuses.
  
  

• Each friend receives $10, once they complete the required steps.

3. Who Can Participate?

Referrers (Inviters):

• Must be an existing COCA user, with a COCA card (virtual or physical).
  
  

• You must share your unique referral link or code from inside the COCA app.
  
  

Friends (Invitees):

• Must be completely new to COCA (no previous registration or wallet).
  
  

• Must sign up using your referral link or code during the campaign period.
  
  

• Must order a COCA card (virtual or physical).
  
  

• Must spend at least $100 using that card by January 31, 2026 (11:59pm GMT).

4. What Counts as a Qualifying Action?

To unlock rewards:

• Your Friend must use your referral link or code when signing up.
  
  

• They must order a COCA card.
  
  

• They must spend at least $100 with that card by January 31, 2026 (11:59pm GMT).

Eligible purchases are defined in COCA’s Loyalty Program Terms. 

5. How and When Are Rewards Paid?

• Rewards are credited in stablecoins (e.g., USDT, USDC, EURC) to the user's COCA account, which may include but is not limited to crypto wallet, COCA card, or other available destinations within COCA.
  
  

• Rewards are credited on the 10th of the month following your Friend’s completion of the steps.
  
  

• Rewards cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  
  

6. How to Refer Friends

• Go to the Rewards tab of the COCA app and tap "Invite a Friend" banner.
  
  

• Click on Invite Friends or Copy Link buttons, and share your unique referral link with friends.
  
  

• Track your referrals and rewards inside the app.
  
  

7. Referral Rules

• You can refer as many people as you like.
  
  

• You’ll only earn one reward per friend, even if they register on multiple devices.
  
  

• Referrals must be genuine — self-referrals or fake accounts are not allowed.
  
  

• If you referred friends before September 17, 2025, you’ll still qualify for rewards under the previous referral terms.

8. What’s Not Allowed

No spamming or unsolicited messaging

Referral links may only be shared with people you personally know.

Referral abuse is prohibited

Any form of cheating, fraud, multi-accounting, or rule-breaking—such as using fake identities, self-referrals, or creating duplicate accounts—may result in disqualification and forfeiture of all rewards.

Activity-Based Referral Abuse

COCA strictly prohibits attempts to exploit the referral program by generating referrals that complete only the minimum required qualifying action (e.g., a $100 transaction) solely to trigger referral rewards, without any genuine intent to use the COCA service. This includes coordinating or incentivizing referred users to register, make a minimal spend, and discontinue use afterward.

Referrals where the Referrer and referred users act in a coordinated or artificial manner — such as jointly planning minimum-activity purchases or sharing financial incentives — may be classified by COCA as non-genuine, even if all technical requirements were met. 

If COCA determines, at its sole discretion, that a Referrer or referred user has engaged in minimum-activity abuse, referral farming, or any other coordinated attempt to “game” the program, COCA may:

• disqualify the Referrer and/or referred users from receiving referral rewards;
  
  

• withhold any rewards that have not yet been credited, even if they appear as “pending” or “rewarded” in the app;
  
  

• restrict access to COCA promotions or future campaigns;
  
  

• suspend or terminate the involved COCA accounts.

COCA’s assessment may be based on transaction patterns, MCC usage, behavioral signals, identity linkages, device and IP intelligence, or other indicators of non-genuine activity. All determinations are final.

Fraud detection and reversal rights

COCA reserves the right to withhold or reverse rewards for suspected fraud, self-referrals, or referrals linked to accounts flagged for violations, abuse, or suspicious behavior.

Transactions must be genuine

Qualifying transactions must be real, consumer-driven purchases. Transactions that appear self-directed, artificially generated, refunded, circular, or involving related merchant accounts will not be eligible.

One reward per real user

COCA enforces a strict “one user, one reward” policy using identity verification methods such as device fingerprinting, IP checks, phone number verification, and behavioral analysis. Users attempting to bypass this will forfeit all rewards and may be suspended.

Account deletion voids rewards

If a user deletes their COCA account, all pending or previously issued referral rewards are permanently forfeited.

9. Changes or Cancellation

• COCA may modify, suspend, or terminate this campaign at any time, with or without prior notice.
  
  

• If the campaign is ended early, any pending or unearned rewards may be cancelled at COCA’s discretion.
  
  

10. General Terms

• By participating, users agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, as well as COCA’s general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  
  

• This campaign is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which COCA operates.
  
  

• Participants agree to indemnify and hold COCA harmless from any liability, loss, or damages resulting from participation in the campaign or violation of these terms.
  
  

COCA’s interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions are final and binding.
