COCA users can issue a limited number of physical and virtual cards. Please review the limits below before requesting a new card.
Card Issuance Limits
Physical cards: Up to 2 cards in total.
Virtual cards: Up to 5 cards in total.
Active Cards
Only one physical card and one virtual card can be active at the same time.
Important Information
The issuance limits apply to the total number of cards issued, not just the number of active cards.
Once you reach the issuance limit for either card type, you cannot issue additional cards of that type, even if you close a previously issued card.
Closing a card does not restore your issuance allowance.
Please consider these limits before closing a card or requesting a replacement.
